Our Family Philosophy Our breeding program is based on great temperament mostly in the English type Labrador. Temperament has always been the most important part of our program since day one. Most of our puppies go to homes to become family members or as the family gundogs. We are very proud of the temperament that our dogs and puppies have. All of our pups are born and raised in our house by our family. Puppies are exposed to different sounds, surfaces, and smells. All puppies have been raised around children, other dogs, and animals. Our puppies are handled multiple times each day and get lots of love and attention. Our adult dogs live in the house at night and are out in their covered exercise runs during the day; weather permitting. During the winter our dogs spend lots of time lounging around the house, when they aren't out playing in the snow. In the summer the dogs are out in their exercise runs during the day and we have 20 acres of land with two ponds for them to exercise on. We have done a lot of upland and waterfowl hunting in the past and many of our puppies still go on to be magnificent gundogs. Our time with our dogs now is spent relaxing, playing fetch, hiking, and obedience training, on top of everyday cleaning! Puppies from our program have gone on to become Gundogs (both Upland and Waterfowl), Arson Dogs, Drug Dogs, Police Dogs, Therapy Dogs, Show Champions, Field Champions, Tracking Dogs and most importantly Great Family Additions. We do not show our dogs, but we spend a great deal of time with them just playing and training. They are a very important part of our lives and we would be lost without them. All of our dogs and puppies are handled daily and well socialized, our daughter Shannon makes sure of that. Both Sire and Dam are here for you to see and play with along with other relations.
